NUEVO PLAN ANTI NARCO EN ACAPULCO

El presidente Felipe Calderón vino nuevamente a Acapulco para poner en marcha una convención de cableros del país y aprovechó el viaje para hacer un pronunciamiento sobre el nuevo plan de seguridad para este municipio y que intituló: ‘Todos Somos Acapulco’, algo así como ‘Todos Somos Marcos’ o ‘Todos Somos 132’ o ‘Todos Somos Juárez’ y así al infinito.

Lo cierto es que el nuevo plan (caemos de nuevo en la planorrea) de seguridad no contiene ninguna novedad pues se siguen matando los narcos, los policías siguen levantándolos, las fiscalías hacen como si investigaran pero al final de cuentas no nos dicen nada, ni quiénes fueron los muertos, de dónde son, a que cártel pertenecían o si simplemente fueron inocentes víctimas de esta violencia incontrolable que se registra a lo largo y ancho del país.

El presidente Calderón se vio de buen talante y hasta bromeó con el gobernador Aguirre quien lo ensalzó por su lucha contra el narcotráfico y a la vez externó su propósito de que en Guerrero los maestros sean evaluados y que se eleve la calidad de la educación cuando lo que se ha hecho en los últimos días va en sentido contrario con esas expresiones que caen en el lenguaje común de los políticos a los que ya no quieren escuchar los 132.

Si hay alguna novedad en el replanteamiento de la guerra contra el narco en Guerrero y en Acapulco en particular, no lo vemos y ni lo conocemos. Lo único que sabemos es que este municipio es coto de los policías federales y en donde solo la federación tiene el mando, desplazando a la autoridad municipal y a la autoridad estatal.

¿Y el municipio libre señor presidente Calderón? ¿y la soberanía estatal señor gobernador?.

Nuevamente las autoridades  cabizbajas.

Enmudecen, no hay réplica, hay sumisión, aplausos, sonrisas apretadas y demás actitudes heredados por el viejo régimen y que acepta felizmente el cabeza de playa del régimen de la alternancia.

AYUNTAMIENTO EN CONFLICTO

Por cierto que en el Ayuntamiento de Acapulco no solo las finanzas están mal como se planteó, sino también que en la administración municipal se han realizado cambios que no han salido del todo bien y que violentan la legalidad.

Algunos miembros del colegio de arquitectos e ingenieros del estado han dicho que existe un conflicto de intereses en la secretaría de obras públicas municipal en donde despacha Javier Morales Bougart y quien según ellos está impedido para despachar ahí como encargado del despacho ya que su conyugue, Eloina López Cano, funge como regidora del Ayuntamiento.

Dicen los que saben que el impedimento está claramente tipificado en la ley orgánica del municipio libre. O sea, que cualquier documento que firme o haya firmado Morales es violatorio a la ley, por lo que se preguntan el porqué no se ha sustituido por un profesional sin impedimento alguno  al ex secretario quien al parecer por causa de una penosa enfermedad no volverá a tomar las rindas de dicho despacho.

La alcaldesa Verónica Escobar es desde luego lega en esto pero para ello tiene un equipo jurídico que debería orientarla para no incurrir en violaciones a la ley y evitar que se frenen las nuevas obras sin que estas se realicen al margen o fuera de la ley. No creemos que no existan personas doctas para ocupar el cargo aludido. Sobran profesionistas que pueden realizar tal encomienda.

SIN DESLINDE FERMIN ESTARA ATORADO

Las campañas por la presidencia municipal de Acapulco nos han sorprendido por la mala planeación que han hecho de las mismas y en donde no se sabe cuáles son los puntos que desean resaltar los contrincantes.

Los dos candidatos mas conocidos hacen y dicen casi lo mismo, con la salvedad de que el candidato oficial trae la suerte cuesta arriba ya que no ha logrado deshacerse del pesado fardo que le significa la mala administración realizada durante los tres últimos años por el candidato del PRI a diputado plurinominal, Manuel Añorve Baños.

Por más que los periodistas han hecho el esfuerzo para que Fermín Alvarado se deslinde del ex alcalde, éste se ha negado a hacerlo y quizá tenga razón en ello ya que el equipo de trabajo que tiene a su alrededor no son mas que personeros del ex edil, quien por cierto se ha quedado con los principales candidatos a regidores y diputados locales lo cual es una señal inequívoca de que quien manda y sigue mandando en la campaña ferminista (no se confunda con feminista) es nada mas y nada menos que el fracasado candidato a gobernador del estado por el PRI.

WALTON EN CABALLO DE HACIENDA

Luego entonces, Luis Walton Aburto no se despeina y ni siquiera pone atención a lo que dice o deja de decir su contrincante electoral y él sigue viendo hacia adelante, aunque habrá que decir que tampoco tiene una línea clara en cuanto a sus propuestas y mucho menos a lo que serán sus compromisos principales para lograr RECUPERAR a Acapulco de la situación tan crítica en que se encuentra.

SERVICIOS PUBLICOS DEFICIENTES

Bien dice Luis Walton ser un candidato del turismo, aunque cabría la posibilidad de que nos dijera mejor que es el candidato de todos los acapulqueños, sí, de todos, ya que no todos los que votan lo harán por el interés de tener mayor o menor volumen de visitantes o mayor o menor inversión en la franja turística, sino mas bien debe orientar su discurso a lo que hará para resolver los problemas básicos del municipio como son principalmente los servicios públicos y que hoy día están a nivel de piso pues se ha agudizado la falta de dotación del servicio de agua potable en las zonas media y baja de la ciudad en donde anteriormente no se registraba este problema y que ahora se sufre al igual que lo hacen los colonos que habitan las zonas media alta y alta de este puerto.

No se diga lo que significa para la ciudadanía el problema de salud pública ante la ausencia de la recolección de basura (saneamiento básico) y que como lo ha constatado el propio candidato Walton, los montones de desechos sólidos se acumulan sin que la autoridad municipal ponga atención a esto y mucho menos haga una reflexión pública contra la empresa que tiene la obligación de levantarla.

Pero haga lo que haga Walton, éste tendrá seguramente la simpatía de la mayoría de acapulqueños pues ven en él la esperanza de que ahora sí puedan los de oposición hacer algo por elevar el nivel de vida de los porteños.

No olvidemos que este municipio fue primero dirigido por el PRI, después ganó el PRD con el candidato ciudadano Zeferino Torreblanca y después tomó el timón Alberto López Rosas y a este lo sustituyó Félix Salgado Macedonio. Durante el primer trienio (ZTG) el ayuntamiento se puso a la cabeza de todos los ayuntamientos del estado. En el segundo periodo las cosas empezaron a descomponerse con ALR y quien le dio la puntilla fue el nada cuerdo alcalde FSM a quien la gente llegó a detestar a tal grado que de nueva cuenta votó por el PRI lo que significó un error garrafal y sobre todo por hacerlo por quien ya se había distinguido por ser un alcalde de pocos resultados.

Hoy Luis Walton viene a RECUPERAR la tradición de la ‘izquierda’ responsable y esta quizá será la última vez que los acapulqueños sufraguen por ellos, aunque estamos casi seguros de que el empresario logrará reactivar el Ayuntamiento con el propósito de ser bien calificado y evaluado por propios y extraños.

Pero si bien es cierto que los momios están a favor de Walton, Fermín Alvarado deberá meter el acelerador para tratar de remontar los negativos y darle la vuelta a la tortilla, pero para ello requerirá que se deslinde de la pésima administración que no acaba de concluir y que nuevamente han dejado en manos de una dama como en su momento Añorve le heredó el cascarón saqueado a la empresaria Ana María Castilleja Mendieta. Hoy quien tiene que cargar con los trastes rotos es nada menos que la defeña Verónica Escobar.

Mañana, si es que se puede, hablaremos del voto diferenciado en Guerrero y diremos cuál es nuestro pronóstico para el primero de julio en función de los personajes que hoy están solicitando el voto de los guerrerenses.

CANDIDATOS QUE NO SE VEN

¿Y los candidatos del PAN y del PANAL a la presidencia municipal de Acapulco? ¿Qué hacen? ¿Y los candidatos a diputados locales? ¿Los conoce? Nadie habla de ellos. No merecen ni una línea. Pero lo cierto es que deberían merecen decenas de líneas para conocerlos de fondo y saber quienes son o si solo representan remedos de candidatos o son títeres útiles de sus partidos o de sus grupos. ¿Y los plurinominales? Bueno, de ellos, mejor ni hablar, son para decir lo menos, impresentables.
